Wow! Can you believe we're having some FOOTBALL this month? For those of you who don't know, my husband is a college football coach which makes the month extra special for me. Let's all remember that Alexa and I are also MsState grads so we take our football serious down south! So... Football is this month, what could that mean for Eleven03? GAME DAY DROP! This year's game day will cater to Rocky Top, The Rebels, MSU Bulldogs and the Memphis Tigers. There may just be a small nod to Bama this year too! In honor of our Game Day Launch, I'm giving you 5 tips to surviving the amazing Game Days ahead!

1. Wear Sunscreen! This probably seems like a no brainer, but in case you've forgotten your sunscreen this summer, DON'T forget it on your first Game Day! You'll be tailgating for hours, your nose will be exposed and you'll be crying and peeling by Monday!

2. Hydrate!.. with more than just your favorite beer. Every other solo cup should contain some ice water. If your Game Day is down south like ours, you won't regret this step. Add a liquid I.V. to add some extra fluid to that body!

3. Wear comfy shoes! Now... let's be clear, comfy doesn't mean hideous and if you're looking for a comfy heel, we actually have one in stock right now. Campus is huge! You're going to walk many miles to get where you're trying to go. You already know this if it's not your first rodeo so here I am reminding you that yes, Game Day fashion is important, but don't mistreat those pretty little toes.

4. Bring Makeup Wipes! Okay, you're going to think I'm crazy but this is a pro-tip I learned from traveling with the team so much. NOTHING feels better than be able to take your makeup off AS SOON as you get in the car to the leave the game. It's hot. It's sweaty and it's probably already starting to run so bring along a makeup wipe. It's like taking a bra off at the end of a hot day. Trust Me.

5. Pace yourself. Have an amazing time. Cheer your team to victory. Seriously, the last tip is just to take it all in. So much work goes into planning a Game Day experience. From the school's marketing, the players hard work in the preseason all the way down to the effort your friends put into the tailgate. Enjoy it and embrace the moment. Each Saturday is just as special as the last during the Fall!

Oh, not a tip but...make sure you sign up to be notified FIRST of our Game Day Launch!
