We do not offer cash refunds. You can return or exchange item(s) for store credit only within 10 days of original purchase. Credit will be applied for the price of item and will not include any shipping and handling charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.

Shipping
Our orders are shipped from Collierville, TN. We utilize UPS as our primary shipping service. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and ship it out to you.
For orders under $75, rates will be calculated at checkout based on address and order weight.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed after 3:00 pm CST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
